Within 14 days
Return requests should be made within 14 days from arrival date.
If you need to return something please contact us at JP-parts
by e-mail.
*We will not accept the return goods after the 14 days period.
No Return goods
We will not accept the return of the following items
even if it's within 14 days for items damaged by you and / or
used items.
Ship fee for return
We will not charge the returning shipping fee if it's our fault.
eg. wrong parts, damaged parts.
However, The returning shipping is at your cost if the reason is your fault.

Items can not be sent
We can not take your request for items which can not send by EMS. For more details see EMS regulations.
Customs clearance
Regarding custom clearance, you need to follow your country's custom rule. Please confirm the custom rule in your country again befor place the order.
*Please note that JP-Parts can not support your country's custom clearance and can not take any responsibilities about custom clearance in your country.
Customer Promise
In case of problems between you and JP-Parts, JP-Parts will try to solve the problems fair in both. However in case of difficult situation JP-Parts will ask to help Japanese court house to solve the problems by Japanese law fairly.
