How long will it take to ship parts?
Normally shipping takes 10 to 14 days from the day of your confirmed payment but it will change depending on the kinds of parts. You can check the approximate shipping days on your quotation.

How much is the shipping fee?
The shipping fee will be changed depending on the weight of the parts. You can check your shipping fee on your quotation. We will charge a shipping fee of at least AU$25.00 for any small parts.

Is it possible to have parcel tracking?
Yes, you can track your parcels on the Japanese post office web site and the Australia Post site. Japanese post office Australian post office

What is EMS?
EMS is an International Express Mail Service which is provided by Japanese post and Australian post.

Does it charge a duty?
Total value of an order is under AU$1,000 does not charge a duty because of the simplified custom clearance. If the value is over AU$1,000 it will be charged a duty at Australian custom. for more information Australian Custom

I'm worrying about payment in advance.
All orders will proceed after payment is confirmed . Paypal has a refund system if your parts are not received. Check this Link

Is there any payment method other than Paypal?
We currently only use Paypal. You can use a credit card through Paypal even if are not a Paypal member.

Can I order without the part number?
No, we can't find the part number for you, you must provide the part number to reduce any possibilties of errors.

Part prices have changed since the last quotation.
Price changes are due to the currency exchange rates. There is no change within the quotation expiration date.

Can I return goods?
Yes, you can return the goods if an error is our fault. For more details see our return policy.

Are the parts really genuine?? It's so cheap.
We only handle genuine parts from Japanese manufacturers. We have been able to reduce the prices by shipping direct from Japan.
