Q :How long will it take to ship parts?

A :Normally shipping takes 10 to 14 days from the day of your confirmed payment but it will change depending on the kinds of parts and the place where is delivered. You can check the approximate shipping days on your quotation.

How much is the shipping fee?

A :The shipping fee will be changed depend on the weight of the parts. You can check your shipping fee on your quotation. Minimum shipping fee is 1,800yen for any small parts.

Is it possible to have parcel tracking?

A : Yes, you can track your parcels on the Japanese post office web site.

What is EMS?

A :EMS is an International Express Mail Service which is provided by Japanese post.
